Your reading is subject to your own personal interpretation and the guidance given is intended to be for entertainment purposes only. A private reading session is scheduled for one person.  Five people may attend the same session, for an additional cost per person. It is however advisable that all participants be related or looking to connect with the same loved ones. In person readings only. Danny does not currently do phone or skype readings.

 

Any reading preformed by Danny Wilsher is private between himself and his client and not for third parties to listen to or to be used in any public environment unless previously agreed in writing by Danny Wilsher. 

 

Danny Wilsher withholds the right to refuse to read for a client and no reason will be required to be given. When payment is cleared this an automatic acceptance of Danny Wilsher medium Terms and Conditions of Business and your acceptance is legally binding. All bookings through this website, telephone, social media, email, or face to face with Danny Wilsher, you agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions of Business.​​​​

Cancellation policy

We are pleased to cancel and re-schedule without penalty or administration fees, up to 72 hours before your appointment. However, less than 72 hours' notice of cancellation, re-scheduling or non-attendance on the day, does incur a 100% cancellation fee, as we will be unable to re-use the time to support other clients.

Healing disclaimer

The majority of my clients experience increased well-being and improvement in their conditions however I can not promise you these things. Self-care is an extremely important part of your healing process. At all times your healing is your responsibility moving forward. If at any time during a session you are uncomfortable, it is you responsibility to inform me immediately. I recommend that you take the rest of the day slowly, drink plenty of purified water and refrain from alcohol for 24hrs.

 

My approach to healing and personal transformation is holistic, focusing on you as a unique, complex, dynamic being of mind, body and spirit. I offer to serve as a facilitator in your self-initiated process of healing and transformation. In the course of our work together, we may explore areas that influence your state of well-being. We may address your health history, life stressors, belief systems and attitudes, your family and childhood history, diet, exercise, dreams, longings, and how you are in relationships. Your sharing is kept strictly confidential.
 

It has been made clear that Spiritual Trance Healing is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis. With this in mind, I agree that Danny Wilsher cannot be held liable for any problems that might arise that I think could be attributed to the Spiritual Trance Healing session.  I have stated all of my known medical conditions.  I attest that I understand the nature of the treatment and freely elect to receive Trance Healing.   I release Danny Wilsher from any and all claims of malpractice, non-disclosure, or lack of informed consent.​ When payment is cleared this an automatic acceptance of Danny Wilsher medium Terms and Conditions of Business and your acceptance is legally binding.

Barring of users

Danny Wilsher Medium may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a user’s access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances: User has misused our services in anyway, is abusive to company employees or readers, has committed an act of fraud against Danny Wilsher Medium Ltd or any of its associated companies.

Legal jurisdiction

These conditions shall be construed in accordance with UK law and any legal action against the company must take place in English Court.
